The first spark

SULE began with a simple vision: use Responsive Intelligence to transform Point-of-Care diagnostics in hospitals and care centres. The idea was to make healthcare more responsive to what is happening to a person not simply what is recorded in a file.

THE JOURNEY

One direction, many changes

Healthcare technology was changing faster than expected. New sensors, software architectures and eventually modern AI repeatedly changed the landscape.

Ideas were redesigned, teams changed, and approaches evolved. Eventually, I continued the journey alone.

DENMARK

Learning from a universal system

Living in Denmark became an important part of the journey.

Its universal approach to healthcare showed me what becomes possible when access to healthcare is treated as something people should have not simply something they can afford.

It also made me think about how technology could make healthcare more connected, continuous and centred around the person.

Seeing the gap firsthand

Traveling across underserved global communities exposed a harsh contrast to Scandinavian healthcare, where millions struggle with basic access and delayed care. This redefined our mission: build a foundation that brings modern healthcare technology within reach of everyone, leading to the principle of Unified Convergence

The name S U L E

Years of research, experiments and redesigns eventually converged into one principle:

Unified Convergence.

SULE became the vision of an overlapping layer connecting people, health data, devices, clinicians and existing healthcare systems without forcing everything to be replaced.

Denmark demonstrated the power of accessible, connected healthcare, raising a critical question: how do we extend this standard to the millions still left behind? As healthcare technology advances rapidly through AI and new diagnostics, SULE is engineered as a convergent, futureproof foundation. Rather than being confined to a single technology, it is built to adapt and scale alongside the next generation of medical innovation.
